I had an issue with my vehicle when having routine service performed at the Mazda dealership. The PT Cruiser is a nightmare from a mechanics perspective. It is costly to repair, and had to be returned a couple of times due to issues found after the initial repairs were made. That was an inconvenience to everyone involved. But, Hamby's handled it very professionally, and never once did I hear any negative comments. I spent years in the automobile repair business myself and realize that sometimes new parts fail. I realize establishments don't make money when they have to to rework and cover under warranty.
